Healthywage Challenge Day 248
Well, here we are. It has been several weeks since I have posted and thought I’d share an update. I have been very busy in the kitchen yet not enough outdoors. I will start bumping up my outdoor activity as I have 120 days to lose the additional 35 that I still have to lose. I am not stressed and feel good about my progress so far. I know it’s just a long plateau. Even if I miss my mark I could still win by extending my challenge an additional 6 months. I really enjoy chatting in the forum at Healthywage. There is a lot of caring supportive people that are in it to win it and positive. I would like to share a progress photo though I’m not completely there yet. I need to focus on posting my recipes so that all of you can see these foods I’m eating for success.
