Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops Boneless
  • 4 tbsp Krazy for Keto Shaken the Bacon Coating Mix See Recipe
  • 2 large Egg
  • 6 Tbsp Rao's Pizza Sauce
  • 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl suitable for dipping the Pork chops, Whisk the eggs and water together
  • Set out half of the Coating Mix on Plate
  • Dip and coat, pork chops one at a time.
  • Place Pork Chops on either pan for Oven fry or rack in Air Fryer
  • Mist Pork Chops with Olive Oil
  • Cook at 425 degree for 18 minutes or Air Fry at High setting for 15 min (My Air fryer heats to 400 at high)
  • Let cool 5 minutes
  • Using a small or Casserole dish arrange 4 cutlets and top with equal portion of Sauce
  • Repeat the above step for the cheese
  • Heat in oven at 425 for an additional 7 min
  • Remove from Oven and let Cool
